#GO-GN Global OER Graduate Network

I am so pleased I managed to catch a webinar yesterday by the lovely Bea de los Arcos . As I am hoping to start a Phd next year I thought I would drop in to see what it was all about. I am soooo glad I did.

As a real newbie to the world of PhD Research it was quite daunting for me in dropping in to the webinar itself. However I needn’t have worried. It was such a friendly, informative atmosphere … some familiar faces which is always a bonus but also I made some really good connections with people I hadn’t come across before and that made me really happy 🙂

I’m really looking forward to being part of this network. Thanks to all involved !

There is a recording of the webinar available here if you want to check it out for yourself.

Research Methods Module – Online

I’m looking for a Research Methods Module that I can study online and ideally finish before April 2017.

This is because ( despite having both an MA Online and Distance Education from the Open University  and an MSc Business Psychology from USW)  unfortunately I am 30 credits short on my Research Methods Studies to gain entry to the EdD that I would like to start next year.

So I’m on the hunt for something I can do online but so far the modules that I have found are either not online, are 20 credits, are 60 credits or won’t finish in time !  It is also proving quite difficult finding module level detail on various university websites so I have asked my amazing twitter network to see if they are able to help me out and recommend some for me to have a look at.

I‘m collating the responses I get here … watch this space 🙂

Doctorate in Education (EdD)

This is the next one I have been looking at although this one is an EdD so structurally different …

Its good old Open University of course though so I would be on familiar territory …
