It all feels a bit muddled at the moment but bearing with it. The synchronous OU Live Chat certainly helped ( held on the 8 May) we established some Team Roles although not all members were able to take part on this occasion.
We have agreed on a context (after a vote) for using reflective diaries within the context of teacher training.
